Stoneyard Cottage is situated at Street Farm in a fabulous quiet setting just 7 miles from Sedbergh and Kirkby Stephen in Cumbria, close to the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Open all year and available to let for weekend, midweek or week long breaks, Stoneyard can accommodate 2 / 4 guests in one ensuite double bedroom plus a sofabed in the lounge. Carefully converted from a splendid stonebarn, Stoneyard offers a cosy and contemporary interior with wood burning stoves, power showers and crisp white linen.

Stoneyard exterior Stoneyard adjoins our other two properties, Stoneheights and Stoneview to form a delightful courtyard setting with spectacular views across the Howgill fells. When all 3 properties are booked together we can accommodate up to 16 guests.

We can help you plan as much of your holiday as you wish. For the more active guests, we offer private horse treks, mountain bike hire / instruction and guided rides. We have a library room containing a selection of walking routes and interesting books providing a facinating insight into the history of the local area. There are many more activities such as golf and fishing and interesting shops to visit in the local area.
