Sleeps 8-10 persons in three bedrooms + sofabed.
Stoneview is our largest property and includes three ensuite bedrooms ( one room is a large family suite sleeping 4 persons ) , large dining kitchen with table seating 12 ( with more if you add a small table ) and a seperate lounge with wood burning stove.
Stoneyard Cottage
Sleeps 2 - 4 persons in one bedroom + sofabed.
Situated on the ground floor next to Stoneview Farmhouse, Stoneyard includes a spacious open plan kitchen and lounge, double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Dogs welcome
Stoneheights
Sleeps 2 persons in one bedroom. First Floor apartment.
Stoneheights sits above Stoneyard accessed by a set of external stone steps. Beautiful views of the fells and acroos the Eden Valley fromall windows. Open trusses and stone features add to the character of this property. Includes a spacious open plan kitchen/lounge and double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Can fit an extra single bed in the lounge. Dogs welcome.
Extra Guests
When all three properties are hired together we can provide extra single beds to allow up to 18 guests. When all three properties are hired camping is also available in the garden for up to 4 persons. Our online availability and booking system is up to date and simple to use. You can reserve our accommodation for up to 7 days without the need to make a deposit payment, very helpful if you are organising a group booking. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm you booking and final payment is due 6 weeks prior.
